What Appkrafterrz Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited keeps about you, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.

What we keep
Your email address and a hash of your password (never the password itself). The name you give us, if you give one. Then your projects: the idea you typed, the code, every step's lesson and check, and your conversations with the tutor and the editor. Your payments as Razorpay reports them: an order id, a payment id, the amount and the date. The messages you send to support. Server logs with the time, the address the request came from and the page asked for, kept for a short while for safety and rate limits.
Where it goes
To write a first version, a lesson or an answer, the studio sends your idea, your code and your question to a model provider (today Anthropic or MiniMax) and shows you what comes back; those providers process it outside India under their own terms and do not get your email address. Payments: Razorpay takes your card or UPI details on its own pages; we never see a card number. Email: our mail (the confirm link, password resets, replies from support) goes through Resend. Analytics: PostHog, hosted in the European Union, records how the studio is used, including a session replay of what you do on the page with password fields masked, and the errors you hit, so we can fix them. Advertising: when we run ads, Google's advertising tag and Meta's pixel on build2learn.app tell Google and Meta which ad brought you here, so we can see what works; each sets its own cookies under its own terms. If you publish a project to GitHub, the token GitHub gives us is used for that one push and not kept; we remember the repository's address and your GitHub account name, so your project can show where it is and offer an update, until you press Forget this repository.
Cookies
There is one cookie of ours, which keeps you signed in. PostHog's script sets its own identifier in your browser for the analytics above, and Google's advertising tag and Meta's pixel set their cookies for the attribution above.
How long
As long as you have an account. Password-reset links and old sessions are purged within hours. Archived projects stay until you delete them or your account.
Your rights
Write tostudio@build2learn.appto see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and everything in it deleted; we answer within 2 working days and delete within 30. You can download any project yourself from its journey page.
